SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 2 days to process your order, and 3-4 days during peak season (holiday). Once your order has been picked, packed and is on the way you will receive a confirmation email which will include a shipment tracking number and/or any other necessary order/delivery information.
Currently with the tariff increases and elimination of duty free exemption for certain products (USA orders under $800 de minimus) we will unfortunatley no longer be able to ship USA international orders. If and when this is changed or the duty free allowance is reinstated, we will again offer the American shipping region. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and look forward to a positive change and future cross border harmony.
SHIPPING RATES
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days and whenever possible next day. During peak season you may have to allow for a longer lead time of 3 days and each order will ship via the best shipment delivery provider for your location and time of year. The overall shipment costs will be determined by the order weight and box or mailer dimension size, delivery address destination and speed of delivery requested. We will do our utmost to offer reasonable shipping prices, and/or pass along shipment cost savings whenever possible.
While the Post Office is on strike we will not be shipping via Canada Post, but instead through whatever courier offers the quickest ship time and overall shipment cost depending on your location (usually UPS or Fed Ex).
- For Courier (UPS, FED EX, CANPAR) shipments, allow 4-6 business days within Canada and 7-12 business days for international (USA) shipments.
- During PEAK SEASON, deliveries within Canada and USA may require additional shipment time as a result of unexpected events and/or weather which can cause unforeseen delays that are out of our control.
- When Canada Post is not on strike, delivery standard/ground shipments, allow 5-7 business days within Canada.
Domestic (Canada) order shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Spend $50 (before tax) to qualify for FREE LOCAL Delivery
- If you are local to Calgary, Alberta or the surrounding areas of (Okotoks, Priddis, Millarville, Diamond Valley or High River, AB) simply email your order to info@thegoodkitchencollection.com and we will process a manual order saving the ship costs.
- Free local delivery applies to any local order (listed eligible areas only) that totals $50.00 (before tax amount).
- Please include product item number or name, color choice if applicable along with your full name, delivery address and a contact phone number.
- We accept e-transfer or credit card payments for manual orders.
Once your order has been received, an order invoice will follow for payment, your order will then be packaged and a delivery day and time (within 2 hour window) will be confirmed. Any necessary delivery instructions are always appreciated.
