Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have up to 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please follow the return | refund procedure.
- To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Contact customer service for return request approval. Once approved please ship the order return to the confirmed address below. The return shipment cost is the customer's responsibility.
- Refund approval will only be granted once the returned order has been received and inspected. The refund transaction will amount to the full order total minus the original shipment cost and will process back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days to allow an appropriate amount of time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the return amount. If you have waited more than 15 business days please feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions | non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, any customized products or special orders and gift cards. All sale items are final.
Damaged | Defective
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email our support team immediately and include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
For any item that arrives with a defect please also contact our support team and include the main issue relating to the defect.
We address all order return, exchange or replacement concerns on a case-by-case basis and do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution in a timely manner.
